Excellent location between two major stations and near a beautiful urban landscape. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and comfortable room.

Cleaning policy could be improved. Tiny room with limited view.

I recently stayed at a hotel in London for a few nights. Point A Hotel was in a great location, near an underground station. The area felt safe, and the staff were welcoming. The hotel, including my room, was very clean, and the air conditioning worked well. a great experience.

My room had a draining issue and maintenance was quick to resolve it the following day. The staff were polite and professional throughout my stay. The location was perfect-with the tube station nearby and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Overall I had a satisfying experience and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in a very strategic area close to everything in the city center. It is perfect for exploring the city and all its attractions. The staff were excellent, always ready to help and provide useful information. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a nice view outside. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable, offering great value for money.

The shower could have been improved, as it was clogged.

The location of the hotel was fantastic - just a short 5-minute walk from both Paddington and Edgware Road stations. This made getting around the city convenient, especially during my city break. the reception team was friendly and accommodating, made check-in and check-out easy.

One downside was the size of the room. It was quite small, making it a bit difficult to move around, especially with two people staying.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to all the restaurants in Edgware Road. You can easily walk to the nearby Edgware Road tube station, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are well-designed and have everything you need, including a modern bathroom. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process is smooth. Plus, the internet is fast and free, perfect for staying connected. Neg: Unfortunately, the sound isolation in the hotel isn't great.
